Food Safety
For
the third year in a row our kitchen was presented a
Certificate of Special Recognition by the County of
Riverside, Department of Environmental Health for achieving
a score of 95% or better for each month for an entire
year of health inspections. Of course, we have a current
Grade A certificate from the Department of Environment
Health. As parents of the children attending your special
school you will be pleased to know that we framed the
certificate and posted it by the kitchen door.
With this good news we would like to take the opportunity,
once again, of letting you know we are:
1. In compliance of the new State
of California Food Safety regulations, ID Number
2161148.
2. Members of the International Food Safety Council
3. Hold Food Handlers Certificates from the County
of Riverside
4. Have special restaurant liability insurance
5. Have all current city business licenses.
